If you’re looking to return or exchange your order due to products’ defect or damage, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order. We offer personal door service and you may exchange your product soonest. You can also return your product for store credit or refund to the original payment method.

Here are the steps to initiate a return if a product is faulty:

Our team will liaise with you and set up an exchange with you
Refund or Store Credit will be processed within 2 working days upon receiving returned products.
Replacement products will be delivered 1-2 day once the buyer has agreed upon which product to replace.
No shipping fee will be required to be borne by the buyer if products are damaged or have defects.
Lost shipping will be replaced with new shipment as soon as possible.
